The food was good and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. Had reasonably large room with a bathtub, 2 large bedrooms plus a huge balcony facing Xintidi, and protected with smoke detectors. Our stay was perfect, appreciated the hotel and will be back.

Neat hotel room, it was beautiful with extremely comfy beds and spacious bathroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were very handy.

The location is perfect for exploring the Former French Concession area and the rooms have comfortable beds.

It's proximity to Xin Tiandi, the comfort, cosiness and convenience makes it a place like home.
It is noted that the bed linen were not changed for the duration of my four nights stay. There is room for improvement here.

great proximity to Xintiandi and accessible to Nanjing Road. The apartment is clean and luxurious.
The aircon control panel are all in chinese so it was not easily for one to make adjustments. Connection to wireless internet was an issue at first but was resolved with technical support. Phone did not work as well.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were right in the heart of the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel was also conveniently close to Metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We converted the study into a single room. We ended up with 3 bedrooms which was quite comfortable. We stayed at the 27th floor, the city night view was fantastic. The self-contained apartment is a plus for us. We cooked when we felt like it. The maid service was wonderful. One day we were in a rush, we didn't clean our plates after breakfast, she even cleaned them all for us. The staff was efficient, I gave 2 hours notice for the hotel to arrange pick-up service at the airport which was promptly done. The hotel is within reach of most tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby the XiTianDi.
